Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you purchase a paid BPI assessment.
Seller and price
Seller name, ABN and address: details to be confirmed before paid checkout opens. The listed price is AUD $199 including GST. Contact hello@takethebpi.com with any question about who you are buying from before you purchase.
What you receive
One BPI assessment and the personalised report produced from your answers: a written PDF covering your twenty-five trait scores, your fifteen business capabilities with a decision against each, and a ninety-day plan.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by the checkout provider shown at purchase. We never see or store your card details. Your report is produced from your submitted answers and delivered to your account after automated quality checks. We email you when it is ready.
Refunds and your consumer rights
You may request a change-of-mind refund within 14 days of receiving your report through the refund page. A refund removes account access to the report; already downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Nothing in these terms limits your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limits
The report is a structured reflection and decision-support tool. It is not a diagnosis, not advice, not a hiring instrument, and not a guarantee of any personal or business outcome.
