These terms govern use of the Take the BPI website and assessment tools.

What the BPI is
The BPI is a structured self-reflection and decision-support tool based on the answers you provide. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, employment, hiring, or business-success advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a guarantee.
Your answers
Your results depend entirely on what you tell us, on one day. Answer for the business as it actually runs rather than as you intend it to run. Do not submit another person's information without their permission, and do not submit customer records.
Acceptable use
The report is licensed for your own use and for sharing inside your own business. Do not resell it, publish it as your own work, or use it to assess, screen or make decisions about another person. It is not built for that and is not valid for it.
Availability
The assessment and report are delivered by a small operation. Reports are delivered automatically after quality checks. Reports that fail those checks are held until the issue is resolved. The service may be unavailable from time to time.

How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy. Purchase terms, including refunds, are in the terms of sale.
